We contacted Glynn at Western Hill Country Realty and gave him a laundry list of what we wanted in a mid size hunting ranch. We also told him our time was limited so we only wanted to view properties that matched our criteria. Our main components were 200-400 acres, live water, tree filled canyons, lots of elevation ,topographic character and big time wildlife.

When we began looking for ranches, we knew we wanted in the western hill country area. Glynn was the perfect broker for us to work with.
