About Us

My wife and I are “hill country” born and raised with roots in this area extending back to the 19th century. Our families have been involved in agriculture, hunting, and local businesses in Edwards County for more than fifty years.

I am a 1995 graduate of Rocksprings High School. After attending Sul Ross Sate University in Alpine for two years, I completed my education at Texas Tech University majoring in agriculture education with a minor in mathematics. I returned home to the Edwards Plateau in December of 1999 and gained employment at Peoples State Bank, which gave me substantial experience and knowledge in finance as well as accounting. In April of 2000 I married Paige. Our son Jace joined us in December of 2002 followed by Ty in January of 2006. In October of 2004 I retired from Peoples State Bank in order to pursue my career in the real estate industry.
